– As the Maxillary Molar has a single Palatal root & two Buccal roots, the two blades of its forces are different.

– Palatal blade is rounded and designed to grasp one root.

– Buccal blade contains a projection & is designed to grip the Mesiobuccal and Distobuccal root above Bifurcation.

– Two forceps for two different quadrants (upper).
