We’ve made order placing procedure easy for our customers. You only need to follow these 4 simple steps-
Step 1 : Selection of the product
1. Select the size, type or quantity (if necessary)
2. Add the product you wish to buy in your shopping cart
Step 2 : Checkout when item selection is completed
1. Click on the CART button to review the product(s) selected
2. Click on “CONTINUE TO PAY” if the products in the cart are as per your selection otherwise click “CONTINUE SHOPPING”
3. If you have a dental material shop coupon or Promocode, apply before clicking on “CONTINUE TO PAY”
Step 3 : Login/Sign Up your Dental Material Shop account
A pop up window will appear if you are not logged in
1. Choose Login if you already have an account ;
2. Choose to Sign Up if you want to make an account
Step 4 : Complete shipping and billing information
1. Fill in the complete delivery address & other important details
2. Select preferable mode of payment
3. Click on PLACE ORDER button
Step 5 : Confirmation on Purchase
Order confirmation message will appear on the screen along with all the order details like order ID , along with the email & sms confirmation
Follow these simple steps to track your order-
1. Login to your account and click on MY ORDERS
2. In “MY ORDERS” you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status & “TRACK” your order under their respective order ID
4. If the status is any other than shipped, “Raise Ticket” & notify us your concern. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours.
However, we understand your concern & we’ll make sure to update you on every step from order confirmation to delivery
- Dental Material shop has made cancellation extremely simple and easy for our customers
- Customer can cancel his/her order(s) directly from the website/mobile app by clicking on the CANCEL ORDER button till the status of order is “NEW ORDER, IN PROCESS & READY TO SHIP” (before shipment)
- Once the status of the order gets “complete” (after shipment), the order CANNOT be cancelled by the customer
- We request you to contact us to seek assistance for the same. “Raise Ticket” by clicking on the button below
- Also you can just refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, if you want to cancel an order which has not been delivered
We are sorry to know you haven’t received your parcel yet. Our aim is to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum
In this rare situation that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting “MY ORDERS”

**Dental Material Shop’s return/ replacement policy stands applicable for a specified period of a time i.e
No returns request are entertained if they are created after the passage of 10 working days after delivery.
To create a return request, contact us by requesting a call or drop a mail. A return request ticket ID shall be provided to keep track of your request

Login to Dental Material Shop, go to My tickets, then create new ticket raise a return request.

Depending upon the product, a verification process will be followed

After completion of verification process, three options available are :
Exchange, Replace, Refund in the form of credits which you can redeem in your next purchase

All we ask for is the product returned back to us must have intact original Packaging, seal, and the accessories

Reverse Pick up of the products will be initiated with prior confirmation and tracking id will be provided.
