Description

GC Solare Bond Universal is a unique formulation dental adhesive with superior bond strength to enamel and dentine. The dimethacrylate monomer in Solare Universal bond increases its permeability into enamel and dentine covered to another adhesives, while the increased level of phosphate ester monomer optimizes etching.

HEMA-free for a Durable Bond over Time

SOLARE Universal Bond does not contain HEMA. This improves bond strength as water is not attracted to the area, which means there is no degradation of the collagen fibers.

Blocking Post-Operative Sensitivity

Immediately following application to exposed dentine, SOLARE UNIVERSAL BOND will stop fluid movement in the dentinal tubules, sealing the dentine and preventing sensitivity.

How to Use GC Solare Universal Bond

Step 1: Apply GC SOLARE UNIVERSAL BOND to tooth surface.

Step 2: Leave undisturbed for 10 seconds

Step 3: Dry thoroughly for 5s under maximum air pressure

Step 4: Light Cure for 10 seconds

INDICATIONS

  • Used for Bonding of light cured composites and acid modified composites (compomers) to tooth structure.
  • Used for Bonding of dual cured luting and core build up composites to tooth structure as long as these materials are light cured.
  • Stored at room temperature (1-28°C) (33.8-82.4°F)

PRECAUTIONS

  • GC SOLARE UNIVERSAL BOND is flammable. Do not use near open flame. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not store large quantities in one area. Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • GC SOLARE UNIVERSAL BOND is volatile. Use in a well-ventilated place.
  • Advise patients to breath through nose.
  • In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with water and seek medical attention.
  • In case of contact with oral tissue or skin, immediately remove with a sponge or cotton pellet. After the restorative treatment is finished, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • If the tissue contacted by the UNIVERSAL SOLARE BOND  turns white or forms a blister, advise the patient to leave the affected area undisturbed, until the mark disappears, usually in 1-2 weeks. To avoid contact, it is recommended to apply cocoa butter to the area where rubber dam cannot cover.
  • Avoid inhalation or ingestion of SOLARE UNIVERSAL BOND.
  • When split on table or floor, immediately wipe off  SOLARE UNIVERSL BOND with a dry cloth.
  • Do not mix UNIVERSAL  SOLARE BOND with other products.
  • Dispose of all waste according to local regulations.
  • In rare cases the product may cause sensitivity in some people. If any such reactions are experienced, discontinue use of the product and refer to a physician.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, face masks and safety eye-wear should always be worn.
