To be eligible for an exchange, one must apply for the same within 10 days from the date of invoice. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received by the customer. It should be in its original packaging with intact price tags, user manuals and product accessories.

An item may be eligible for an exchange within the applicable window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
The product has missing parts or accessories.
The received item/ model is different from what was ordered by the customer.
