Hanu Dent C Plus files facilitate the work done during the initial permeabilization of the root canal. These files have a greater resistance to torsion than conventional files and facilitate both the location of canal orifices and easy access to the apical third. C+ files in general are a stiffer file with active end-cutting tip which is quite different from the standard, quite flexible and non-active cutting tips of a K-file. This C+ file also comes in the same ISO sizes as standard K-files.

Hanu Dent C+ (Plus) File and series  delivers superior strength for accessing difficult or calcified canals.  Due to its unique taper, Hanu Dent C Plus File and series features an even higher degree of ultra-stiffness to negotiate your most challenging canals. They have cutting tips that allow for greater strength in negotiation of calcified canals. They have flutes arranged in greater density to prevent or resist unwinding.

The difference in technique of K Files and C + files is in movement of files. With C+ files you can use continuous clockwise motion whereas for K files this is watch winding motion which will not work with calcified canals. This is a strong reason for using C+ files for calcified canals and with a curvature.
