Tooth Mousse from GC is a topical tooth crème that helps to strengthen and rejuvenate teeth. It contains products that bind calcium and phosphate to the tooth surfaces, plaque and surrounding soft tissue. It also contains RECALDENT™ (CPP-ACP), a special milk-derived protein that can help replace lost minerals in the teeth, making them stronger and helps protect them from decay and erosion. This technology has a unique ability to deliver bio-available calcium and phosphate when the patient’s saliva is acidically-challenged by the normal digestive process.
Tooth Mousse has been developed at the Melbourne Dental School, University of Melbourne. Tooth Mousse comes in the form of a foamy crème, and is available in a range of flavours including: Melon, Strawberry, Tutti-Frutti, Mint and Vanilla. Tooth Mousse contains casein (a major milk protein), as well as calcium and phosphate. Calcium and phosphate are the major minerals that teeth are made from. Tooth Mousse is available in two product options: with or without fluoride. The general Tooth Mousse product does not contain fluoride, whereas Tooth Mousse Plus does contain fluoride.

Tooth Mousse GC (Vanilla)
GC Tooth Mousse is not a tooth paste. It is a water-based sugar-free dental topical creme containing Recaldent™ CPP-ACP (Casein-Phosphopeptide-Amorphous-Calcium-Phosphate) for your teeth to promote remineralization and consequent prevention of early onset of tooth decay, caries or cavities. The creme is quite effective in reversing white spots on the enamel.

Apply a small amount of the GC Tooth Mousse to tooth surfaces using a clean finger. Leave it undisturbed for at least 3 minutes. With your tongue, spread remaining Tooth Mousse throughout the mouth and leave the mousse there for as long as possible. It might be better to use the Tooth Mousse at night before going to bed. Spit out excess paste. In the morning brush teeth as normal.
